• Traveller details: full name, date of birth, citizenship and passport number
• Contact details: email address(es) and phone number
• Trip details: travel dates and number of travellers
• Payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card number
• Technical and usage data (e.g. device, pages viewed) via analytics cookies

We use your data to calculate your price, issue your travel insurance policy with the underwriter, deliver the policy document by email, provide support, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. The legal basis is the performance of your insurance contract and our legitimate interests in running the service.

• Our payment provider (Flitt) to process your payment securely
• Our email provider to deliver your policy document
• Our hosting and database providers, which store data on our behalf

We keep order and policy data for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with accounting, tax and insurance-law retention requirements. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
