Travel insurance covering medical expenses is now required for visitors to Georgia, under government decree №602. The policy must be valid for the full duration of your stay.
The cover protects you against unexpected medical costs — emergency care, hospitalization, evacuation and repatriation — up to a total limit of 30,000 GEL.
